F-REDDIE

F-REDDIE, from Ghent, builds webshops for supermarkets, delis, restaurants, caterers and other food businesses.

Puntjes is built into the F-REDDIE webshop. F-REDDIE switches it on for your shop, and from then on every order in the webshop earns the customer points on their loyalty card.

What you get

• No separate installation: F-REDDIE switches the loyalty program on for your webshop.
• Orders in the webshop earn points, following the earn rule you set in Puntjes.
• You manage rewards and campaigns in the Puntjes admin portal, the same way as for your till.

Does your shop run on ITReflex?

F-REDDIE connects its webshop to ITReflex. You keep your products, prices and product settings in ITReflex, and orders from the webshop land in your till by themselves. How Puntjes works at the till is on the ITReflex page.

How to get started

1. Ask F-REDDIE to switch Puntjes on for your webshop.
2. Set up your earn rule and your first reward in Puntjes.
3. Place a test order and check that the points arrive on the loyalty card.
