ITReflex

ITReflex, from Maldegem, makes the till software for butchers, fish shops, greengrocers, dairy and chocolate shops, supermarkets and wholesalers. The till and weighing system is Casanova. The webshop takes its prices and stock from the same back office as the till.

ITReflex connects both to Puntjes: the Casanova till and the webshop.

At the Casanova till

• The till scans the loyalty card: a printed card, or the QR code on the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• It shows the customer's points balance.
• The purchase earns points, following the earn rule you set in Puntjes.
• The cashier redeems a reward at the same till.

Your staff keeps working in the till they know. Nobody types a purchase in twice.

In the webshop

Orders in your ITReflex webshop earn points too, under the same earn rule as the till.

After the link is in place

ITReflex keeps the link working after an update to Casanova, to the webshop or to Puntjes.

How to get started

1. Contact ITReflex and say whether you want Puntjes on your Casanova till, your webshop or both.
2. The link needs an API client in the Puntjes admin portal, under API clients. You make it yourself, or ITReflex or the Puntjes team makes it for you: whatever suits you.
3. Make a test purchase at the till and check that the points arrive on the loyalty card.
